This footage is believed to have been made in October 2007 - it was the first sign of life for Ingrid's family & friends since years. She is very thin, only looks down to the ground and has her wrists chained together - we now know she has tried to escape and in response has suffered severe punishment. Now (March 2008), Ingrid's state is even worse - she is very ill with a recurrent hepatitis B infection - if we don't get her freed soon, she will undoubtedly die in a number of weeks. Please help us to do all we can to save Ingid's life....
